In our last therapy session I told you that I would be hypnotizing you. So what I would like you to do is get comfortable. Find a place where you can relax. Preferably with little or nothing on. If you’re going to masturbate, and you will be masturbating, it is better if nothing gets in your way.
So find a comfortable bed and take off all your clothes. Close your eyes and take a long, deep breath. Breathe in through your nose… and out through your mouth. In through your nose, and out through your mouth. Good.
I want you to feel as though your body is sinking into the bed sheets. It is becoming so heavy that you don’t want to move. The thought of moving any part of your body just makes you feel sleepy, heavy, and makes you sink further down.
Go down… down into your mind. As you sink further, your eye lids clamp tighter. As you sink further, your eye lids clamp tighter. The tighter your eye lids get, the more closely you listen to my voice. The more you listen to my voice, the more you need my gentle encouragement.
Good boy. You like hearing those words, don’t you. Every time I say, “Good boy“, you’re going to become more excited. Just hearing the words “Good boy” will cause you to become aroused. It arouses you to hear me say it. You long to hear me say it.
Good boy. It excites you. Good boy. It arouses you. Good boy.
I can see how excited it makes you to listen to my voice. I see your excitement throbbing in your hand. Good boy.
